New Warehouse Location!

Dear Valued Customers, 

As you know, we have been working diligently over the last year to merge Wishpets, Wildlife Artists Inc., and Nature Planet into one. To secure faster deliveries and improve processes, we are moving all three brands to one U.S. warehouse location. This move allows us to bring in larger quantities of inventory and improves shipping turnaround and freght times. 

Starting December 5th (December 12th for WAI), we will begin moving inventory to the new distribution center located in Olive Branch, MS (a suburb of Memphis, TN). With that, order fulfillment will be interrupted for the remainder of December and will resume the first week of January, Our sales teams will be reaching out to address orders you have that may be affected by this interruption, but please reach out if you have any other product needs during this time frame or with any questions. Our goal is a seamless transition.

We know that this is a lot of information to take in. If you have additional questions/concerns, or need to make changes to your orders, please contact your area manafer or customer service at (888) 465-0450.
